Summary
Tim Burnout has stolen blueprints of the girls' original plan to alter Dukey and uses it on his cat, Mr. Mittens, but Mr. Mittens goes insane and now it's up to Johnny, Dukey, Susan and Mary to stop his plan to turn everybody into cats.
