Area 51.1 is a recurring place. It is located in the desert which is just outside of Porkbelly. Area 51.1 is headed by the General. He is assisted by agents White and Black. Other employees include unnamed scientists and other secret agents. Johnny Test occasionally visits to assist with military projects. Susan and Mary Test have also been there but fewer times than Johnny.
