Cool Hand Johnny is the first part of 81th episode and the 161th episode over all.
Summary[]
Wacko's latest plan to imprison all the kids in Porkbelly seems to be working when Johnny and Dukey get trapped in his "No Escape" prison video game. Susan and Mary need to get inside the game and reprogram the Robo Guard's to set them free.

Plot[]
The episode begins with Wacko coming up with a new plan to get rid of all the kids in Porkbelly. A video game, a prison video game to be exact.
At Johnny's house, Johnny beats Smash Badger video game, but, he gets bored. Then, he wishes for a new video game. And he eventually gets his wish. Dukey wants a porterhouse steak sandwich, but, instead gets a newspaper.
Johnny starts playing the game. But, then, suddenly, the robot guards come out of the tv and try to take Johnny and Dukey. But, they ran for their lives. The other robots abducted the kids and send them in the game.
Johnny and Dukey take refuge in the lab. Susan and Mary were working on freeze rays to stop the polar ice caps from melting. The robots come in, but, Susan and Mary freezes them. Then, they see a whole army of robot.
With their freeze rays and baseball bats, they were able to smashed the robots to bits and pieces. But then, they all form into a four armed robot and it takes Johnny and Dukey and they disappear.
In the game, all the children (including Johnny and Dukey) are now stuck in prison cells wearing prison clothing. Johnny and Dukey try to escape by busting through a wall and out of a sewer pipe only to be chased by the robots and get caught in a net by Wacko. Then no matter how they planned to escape (a trampoline, a hang glider, a catapult, and a tank) they ultimately end up failing.
Finally Susan and Mary arrive to bust Johnny, Dukey and the kids out. But then, Wacko realizes the girls in disguise. They run off and Mary decided to reprogram the robots to turn on Wacko. With their teamwork, they were able to round up the robots and then, the robots turned on him and Wacko runs away. Johnny, Dukey and the girls free the other kids and they escape.
Back at the house, Johnny and Dukey were eating apples and they wonder how Wacko's doing and Johnny turns on the Tv and Wacko got his comeuppance.

- Both the title and the plot are parodies of the movie Cool Hand Luke.
- As of 2011, this episode was Wacko's last known physical appearance to date.
- How did Wacko ordered his robots to remove Susan and Mary's disguises so quick?
- This is Wacko's last appearance in the show, although he is later mentioned by his twin brother The Tickler.
