Cow Movie 4 is a movie that was only seen in Runaway Johnny. Johnny overhears it's hilarious, but Hugh claims to Johnny that "it's PG-13 and has bad words". This is what causes Johnny, with Dukey, to run away to Startover City. The only lines from the movie that are heard are "Don't pull his tail!" and "It gives me my strength". Also, at the end of each line, a fart can be heard. This is what could've caused the PG-13 rating, for the language and mild farting.
