Hugh Test, is the father of Susan, Mary and Johnny Test and husband to Lila Test. He is a neat freak because he has never won a trophy. The roles between his and his wife are inverted. While she's out working and bringing home money, he is the homemaker, doing chores and cooking - if you could call it cooking, since he is a horrible cook and the only thing he has cooked is meatloaf or a variation of it, which he will stop whatever he's doing to make sure comes out right and is completely oblivious to the fact that nobody likes it but him. He tries to make cookies but when he tries them, he hates it.Also he is a no pussy getin mafuka.
Characteristics
He always threatens his children with grounding when they do something they shouldn't. Often telling Susan and Mary to not do certain kinds of experiments or telling Johnny...a lot of thing's not to do. He also seems to hate video games, especially Tinymon. However, he seems to sercretly like video games, even becoming obsessed with "Thrasher Grind: Underground" to the point he would ignore the well-being of his daughters. He has come into Johnny's room and and take his handheld from him, telling him "he plays it too much" even when Johnny has just turned on the game. Althought he loves all three of his children, he is clearly more proud of the girls than his son. He often says how proud he is of them while admonishing Johnny for his own fault's. However, with the two girls constantly creating world changing wonders, any parent would be proud daily. In contrast, Johnny frequently almost destroys the town.
