Trivia[]
- This is the first episode to use the infamous whip crack sound effect.
- The fourth wall is technically broken when Dukey asks "How are we going to wrap up this lame show?" near the end of the episode.
- The Emergency Broadcast Channel is a parody of the Emergency Alert System, the national warning system used to warn the public in the event of an emergency. Unlike the EBC, though, the EAS has no designated channel; instead, it overrides all television channels to deliver messages, such as climatic warnings, civil danger warnings or inbound nuclear attacks (the latter of which has, thankfully, never been needed).
- It is the only episode from Season 2 to appear in another theme song other than its usual one albeit re-animated to match the new season's Flash style.
- It's unknown what's on the NUTZ channel.
- The title reference is MTV.
- This episode has the least amount of letters in the title, with a total of 3.
- In Johnny's sister's lab, when Dukey, Mary, and Susan are watching TV, there is a channel that is a clip of Johnny and the Ice Pigs.
- The title shares the same name as The Batman (2004)
