Jody is a character that only appears in the episode Here Johnny, Here Boy! where she kidnaps Johnny in the form of a dog, and makes him her pet. He tries to escape but puts a shock collar on him every time he tries to, then he uses his cuteness in order to force her to take it off and it worked. She then tries to chase after him but ends up being shocked with the collar.
