Johnny Test: Monster Starter is the first part of the 31st episode and the 61st episode overall.

Summary[]

Mr. Black and Mr. White ask Susan and Mary to help them design a new weapon, so they make a helmet that allows the user to control things with their mind. But it becomes a huge mistake when it's stuck on Johnny's head, and his obsession with a new video game now makes any inanimate object he sees turn into a monster.

Running Gag
- Black and White kept saying the words "matter of natural security" to get stuff for Johnny, Susan and Mary.
- Johnny making monsters with the helmet.
- Black and White sings "we are going to Fiji." and bump their butts together. This gag is repeated several times throughout the series until Johnny X Strikes Back Again.
The Stuff Johnny and the girls got from Black and White.
- Susan and Mary: a date with Gil at the skating rink.
