Johnny X: The Final Ending is the second part of the 39th episode and is the 78th episode overall. It is the second of a two-part episode.

Dark Vegan returns to destroy the Earth with an upgraded armada. Dark Vegan, with his upgraded armada, is cutting up the Earth's trees and plants (which will remove the oxygen) and sucking up the Earth's water and killing the trees.

The episode picks up where the previous one left off.

Trivia[]

This episode was originally meant to be the series finale, but due to increased popularity, the series continued for 3 more seasons with 26 half-hour episodes each, all of which aired on Cartoon Network (and, for a short while, Boomerang) in the US, and Teletoon in Canada.
It is unknown what happened to Hugh at the end of the second part after the Johnny Stopping Evil Force 5 froze him at Johnny's house. However, he was seen alive and well in the next episode.
In the United States, this was the final episode to contain the first theme song and to be originally broadcast on Kids' WB!; reruns of the show continued to air on the block until its demise on May 17, 2008, and that block's successor, The CW4Kids until June 14, 2008. It was also the final episode where the characters were well developed.
Cable guides and Netflix list this episode as JX5 instead of Johnny X (as shown on the title card)
When Brain Freezer said that if he was born as a girl he would have been nicer and not evil. People thought that Brain Freezer was transgender by that line, although it hasen't been confirmed yet he's trans or not, or he said that because he's aware he's evil but sometimes wishes he wasn't
