Johnny is the New Black is the eighteenth episode of Season 7 of Johnny Test.
Summary[]
The General is being given an award for his service and wants Mr. Black and Mr. White to do a speech about him. However, Mr. Black was in the midst of a mind swapping experiment and swapped bodies with a ram, the process of which will take a while to reverse. Thus, the two go to Susan and Mary for help. The sisters' solution is to swap out Johnny's mind into Mr. Black's body and have him do the speech. Complications arise when they accidentally put the ram's mind into Johnny, and the sisters have to track him down when it runs off. Additionally, Johnny, Dukey, and the agents have to contend with Mr. Mittens, who has designs on using a mind swapping gun to take over the General's body so he can have his own army.
