Johnnyitis is the first part of 33rd episode and the 65th episode over all.
Summary[]
Johnny drinks an isotope so he can get sick so he won't have to study for a test for school. Unfortunately, not only does the isotope give him symptoms that will make him miss school, if it's not cured within four hours, it's going to eventually make him explode!

Plot[]
Johnny finds out that he is going to have to a test tomorrow - however, he didn't study, causing him to scream so loud! The screaming also causes Mr. Teacherman to send him flying.
To get out of this, Johnny decides to try and make himself sick so he doesn't have to do the test tomorrow. His first idea is to try and get sick from Sissy, since she had been out sick. She obviously doesn't go through this, and Johnny gets punched out her room. Johnny then goes to the store and finds a sick woman. Despite him literally hugging her and eating her tissue, Johnny still fails to get sick.
Dukey tries to encourage Johnny to cram for the test- however, Johnny soon gets the idea to fake an illness. He makes fake barf by using beef noodle soup and hot coco mix to try and fool his parents. However, because he didn't take Dukey's advice of adding corn, Johnny's parents aren't fooled. Whilst Dukey taught Johnny about his history test, but during it, Johnny gets another idea- using his sister's experiments! Susan and Mary revolt against this, saying that their parents are no longer allowing Johnny near his sisters after last weeks "Perfect Smile" experiment.
Johnny still manages to get a hold of their experiments, and eventually, he drinks an unstable isotope, leading him to get red spots on his face, with a purple tongue. Johnny, of course, is happy of this because he now looks sick! However, his sisters panic of Johnny doing this, as drinking an isotope can have terrible effects. Susan and Mary currently don't know can happen, so they start some tests, and tell Johnny to not show their parents But, it was too late when he left. Johnny shows his parent's that he is "sick", and after going to the doctor, the disease Johnny has can't be identified, and the doctor contacts the center for disease control for this "Johnnyitis". Susan and Mary make a test of what will happen to Johnny when he drank the isotope. He get's really bloated and a nasty cough- and in 4 hours, he will explode and Dukey also screams like a girl so loud. Johnny soon finds of this news, and panics, but luckily, the twins are working on an antidote to cure Johnny.
However, the CFDC comes and take him in quarantine. The sisters finish the antidote, and now they must make it to the hospital before Johnny blows up! They tried to reason with the doctors to let them in and cure Johnny, but they don't listen to them. The sisters and Dukey run to try and reach Johnny, and Johnny is about to get poked by a bunch of needles, and his bloating symptom starts. Susan and Mary about to give the antidote, however, it is thrown out the window, and they need to get down. After getting into the elevator, Johnny starts experiencing the nasty cough. This coughs away the SWAT team. Johnny soon experiencing more bloating, nearing the explosion state! Dukey gets the antidote, gives it to Johnny, and after one massive burp, Johnny returns to normal.
Johnny is happy that he is now perfectly healthy, until he has to do the test, much to his chagrin. Dukey gives a lesson at the end, reminding kids to do their assignments on time- and never consume isotopes.
Trivia[]
- The same flashback from 101 Johnnies is reused in this episode. However, Johnny's dad screams in a lower pitch when the flashback is reused.
- Johnny tries to get a kiss from Sissy in this episode but it's only to get an excuse to miss the test, although any other time she kissed Johnny, he would freak out.
- The Helmet Johnny wore is almost identical to the Telek-helmet in Johnny Test: Monster Starter.
- Lila and Hugh were watching World Bash Wrestling on TV from Stinkin' Johnny.
- This is the only episode in which Mrs. Blakely is seen.
- Dukey breaks the fourth wall in the end by talking to the audience.
- Running Gag: People berate Johnny as he didn't study for his test.
- When aired on Cartoon Network and Boomerang, this segment was rated TV-Y7-FV.
