It is designed to copy the dance moves the other person makes when they wear the other pair of pants. Whichever dance moves one of them make, the other one does the same.

It was created by Susan and Mary Test to help Mr. Black with the talent show and Dukey accepted to Dance with the pants so Mr.black can do the same dance too. but it got out of control when Dukey saw a cat and chased it, making Mr. Black also maniacally been thrown side by side.
