Summary[]
When Sissy considers Johnny too gross to help her with their social studies project, he begs Susan and Mary to change his personality, as part of their grade depends on cooperation and their ability to work together.

- This is the second time Johnny tries to kiss Sissy but this is while he wasn't himself. The first was "Johnnyitis" where he was getting himself sick on purpose so he would miss the test.
- The episode title is a reference to the song Who's Johnny.
- Running Gag: Johnny's personality kept changing when he either get hit in the head or in the machine.
- The Test Family bloodline is apparent very rich.
- The Spanish persona is stated to come from Hugh's side of the family.
- The Test Family must have dog in their bloodline, because Johnny turned into a dog, even though it is impossible. Interestingly, he previously turned into a dog in "Here Johnny, Here Boy".
